PROJECT QUESTIONS
A zone serves multiple processors and shared services. Generation, distribution, protection, metering, connections and expansion therefore need one operating architecture rather than unrelated generator installations.
Separate committed anchor demand from forecast demand, then phase generation and network capacity so the first system can operate efficiently while preserving a defined route for new connections.
Criticality depends on the zone, but cold-chain, process continuity, water systems, controls, safety systems and certain logistics or utility services may have a higher consequence of interruption than flexible loads.
Metering, loss allocation, service levels, tariff or energy-charge assumptions, connection growth, maintenance responsibility and operating boundaries should be developed alongside the electrical system.
