Website information
The Mergen Power website provides general corporate, technical and project-development information. Content is not a quotation, engineering design, investment recommendation, performance warranty or offer unless Mergen issues a separate signed document stating otherwise.
Illustrative tools
The Dispatch Lab, Energy Case Builder, Power Development Console, simulated frequency display, stage indicators and similar interactive readouts are explanatory tools. They are not live plant telemetry, a tariff offer, a forecast or a bankable financial model.
Project references
Public project descriptions may be intentionally generalised. Locations are normally shown at State/FCT level and may use representative map anchors rather than site coordinates.
Intellectual property
Mergen branding, website design, text, graphics and packaged materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. No licence is granted beyond ordinary viewing and reasonable internal evaluation.
External services
WordPress hosting, email relay, analytics or other third-party services may have their own terms. Mergen does not control third-party service availability.
