What the website collects
When you submit a project brief, the site can collect your name, work email, company, State/FCT, project stage, approximate load, operating hours, current supply, target date, financing route and the project information you choose to provide.
How enquiry data is used
Enquiry data is used to receive, review and respond to potential Mergen Power projects and commercial conversations. A copy is stored in the protected WordPress administration area, can be assigned an internal pipeline status and next action, and the site attempts to relay the enquiry to info@mergenpower.com.
Security and abuse prevention
The enquiry endpoint uses a WordPress nonce, a honeypot, duplicate detection and rate limiting. A truncated one-way hash derived from the connection address and limited user-agent information may be retained with the enquiry for abuse prevention and operational troubleshooting.
Cookies and analytics
The Mergen Power Experience plugin does not itself install advertising cookies or third-party analytics. WordPress, the hosting platform or separately installed site plugins may use necessary or optional cookies and should be governed by the site operator's final cookie configuration.
Project geography
The public Project Atlas is designed to show State/FCT-level information and representative map anchors. It is not intended to disclose private site coordinates.
Contact and rights
Privacy questions or requests concerning information submitted through this website can be directed to info@mergenpower.com. Applicable rights depend on the law governing the person and processing activity.
